  • To stay focused

    Thursday evening and tonight I am just relaxing. I believe that it is good to just do nothing to recover. To prepare for next exercise. I have mentioned it before that I am a little jealous of those who are professional within sports. I would like to know how they practice, that is why I watch sports news sometimes. However, now I only have two weeks to go to women´s health running.

    Women´s health is a very interesting subject. Men and women are different. That also concerns our health e.g. the occurrence of breast cancer, ovary cancer, PMS, muscle-fat ratios etc. We also think differently even though that is difficult to define. Some people make fun of the female and male brain. That men only have a few things in mind whereas females have a plethora of thoughts. This is a difficult subject because today´s daily life is not really adjusting to this. Maybe because this is so difficult to define and also to talk about. What is definition of female?

  • Women´s health

    Only a few weeks to go. It feels good to have a goal to aim for. I really hope that it will be a beautiful day. No rain. It is really a delicate balance to get stronger and not get wounded. I don´t run all the time, I do various training. What I have noticed is that stretch is very important, more than I usually do.

    I have also noticed that I have gotten more focused. On exercise in general. And it is difficult because I need more exercise than usual to become better, and that demands, in a way more discipline. So, a lot of focus, and to not be distracted.

  • Different shine

    There is change going on in the air. Allergy season is beginning. Evenings are brighter. Easter is over and it is time to look forward. I have been off writing a few days since I have spent time in the countryside. I am focusing a lot on exercise so I have run and done some walking. It is rather difficult, challenging, to have a life in balance. To have sweets and counterbalance with work out. Weather has been rather bad; rain and wind. Those days are challenging. Just to put the shoes on, not think and just start to run. To think of nothing.

    It is a great reward to run. I often get a chance to catch a glimpse of animals in the forest. Lots of deers. Last run I actually counted to a total of nine deers. Not bad. Furthermore, it clears my mind and it is wonderful to get fresh air. Now my feet hurts so I have to be careful.
