Stockholm is calm and warm. Difficult to imagine that the opposite can occur with snow and cold. The beauty of Sweden endowed with different seasons.
I have been a little lazy with no exercise and a bit unhealthy food during some weeks. Slowly, I am getting back to exercise. Yesterday body combat and, today cycling. But with moderat activity. Now, I am preparing for a new week listening to Stan Getz & Joao Gilberto. Excellent summer music. Easy to imagine yourself close to the Mediterranean sea.
