I have observed that the mornings are brighter, that maybe there will be spring and finally summer. However, I am happy that I can go cross country skiing. Last weekend my sweetie couldn’t  go skiing with me since there was too much snow. So I went for triathlon: running, skiing and then walk with sweetie. Very nice.

These weeks I have had a break from writing due to family reasons. I  have spent time with my family. Of course, I have also thought about my voyage to Dubai in the UAE. That is part of my future writing.

As usual I try to follow the news, and currently, in Sweden, various political parties are preparing for general election. Debates have changed, left is not right and right is not left. The world is also more international compared to about twenty years ago. Probably, the internet, with all social communities, has played a big role. Instant messages. But also to pay attention to, fake news.

This winter has been so good. Snow. A lot. I have been skiing every weekend. Inspiring today since it is Vasaloppet. I like to be outdoors and also to go training for a long time. My weekends consist of running, even though it is snow, and then skiing with my sweetie. She likes the snow very much and she is very happy when she meets deers. We saw three deers this weekend. So beautiful.

Have you followed the Winter Olympic in PyeongChang? I have seen some and was very impressed by Charlotte Kalla. Since I am grown up with winter sports it is always great fun to watch. Nowdays, I mostly go cross country skiing since the mountains are far away.

I am lucky. I have my own PT. My sweetie, always eager to exercise. There is definitely no bad weather. I have bought some ointment for her paws since there is salt on the roads. I hope the snow will stay this weekend as well.

It has really been cold this weekend, -15C. And lots of snow! But, unfortunately not in Stockholm. Time to enjoy winter by skiing and also on ice like the photo above. Nature is beautiful wintertime. Sharing winter photo.
