My alter ego
Stockholm is tropical this evening which is rare for midsummer. Some rain drops now and then. It has been a busy week, but I have had some time for friends in the evening. Italian food and chats. Delicious food and nice “tête-à-tête talks”. Tomorrow is midsummer, and I really have to stop and breathe. Understand that we actually are in the best time of the year. By these words I wish you a Happy Midsummer weekend.

Soon midsummer
The weather is perfect now. A little tropical. I had to use my umbrella today for a few minutes and then the sunshine returned. This was a day off, and it has disappeared quickly. I got back to exercise again after running “blodomloppet”. This evening spinning, and also some core exercise. Training is one of my greatest hobbies in life. Sometimes when I don’t have enough time I do some exercise at home. Currently I have a little problem. My music machine that I have had for many years is broken. I am very sad for that. Music is such a great part of my life so this afternoon I had to go and search for a new machine. Now I can continue with Jane Fonda work out. I have a goal this summer. To learn crawl swimming technique. My challenge is to learn how to breath. By coincidence, I found this Madonna video. Nice song and inspiring.

Cherries
To keep up the good work is a daily challenge. To have focus, and to remember that there is another day tomorrow. It is summer time now. No doubt. And I know that these weeks will pass by rapidly and I have so much I would like to do. I still feel sorry for my mother. I miss her. Even though she had her memory loss, she recognised my voice when I called her. She was there. It is just to accept that it takes time to mourn.
That is why I do so much cooking and training. To keep me busy. I make so many cakes and various meals. Tomorrow I will go training again. It is so good to have this running course to look forward to. Tjejmilen. Are you joining?

Tjejmilen
I work this weekend so I stay at home relaxing. The temperature is perfect. No jacket needed, and it is T-shirt weather. I actually have some muscle pain from running this Wednesday so I take it easy. I will go training again on Tuesday. Then some spinning for a change. It is soon vacation, and last summer I remember I ran every day. Right now I don’t make any improvements with regard to time. I need to do some interval training, and also find hills where I can do exercise. That will be tough, and definitely no meditation. Maybe I should set a goal to have 10 km on 55 minutes.
