Exercise is the best medicin.
Hi there!
The headline of today´s writing might be a bit controversial. But, since I am a pharmacist, I consider medicins to be very important as well. By exercise you reduce the risk of developing diabetes 2, high blood pressure, reduce the amount of unhealthy cholesterol levels etc etc.
Personally, I try to vary different kinds of sports. I love walks. That often give me a chance to catch a moment of life by photograph. Often flowers.
Right now I exercise every day. Even though it is only an hour a day it makes me tired and sleepy. However, it is good to let the body rest for a day or two, because when the body is subjected to training, it is undergoing catabolism and needs time for repair.
When I lived in Norway I trained a lot at Elexia at Kråkerøy. Years have passed. But I remember. This is the nice view I had every day. Beautiful, don’t you agree?

Responsibility and values
Difficult. English or Swedish. Ok. English today.
As you know, I follow the news closely. I find it important. Soon election for the European parliament. Very important to vote. For peace, democracy and stability.
I live in Sweden. But things that have happened to me has made me think a lot about Cuba and North Korea. Or does it have anything to do with my Indian background?

Det är vår i luften
Det märks att det är vår i luften. Ljus och värme. Det glädjer mig. Ja, alltid massa prat om vädret, men det är ju ett outtömligt ämne. Härligt att se grönska sakta komma tillbaka. Och blommor. Jag gillar verkligen blommor. Nu har jag pelargoner som senaste projekt. De har ju övervintrat och är nu på väg att blomma. Så vackra blommor.
Lyssnar mycket på P1. Idag så berördes ett ämne som det talas alldeles för lite om nämligen utveckling av antibiotika resistens. Nya läkemedel med nya verknings mekanismer behövs.
Jag tränar varje dag. Igår bodybalance. Det är jobbigare än det låter. Väldigt bra stretch. Nu väntar 75 minuter cykling. Viktigt att variera träning. Så idag är det konditionsträning.
