Autumn is slowly approaching. This weekend I have dedicated to a lot of exercise. To stay in shape and to stay focused. Walking and cycling. To be honest, I need to burn calories. I like to measure to get a response of how good my health is, so I measure my pulse. To have a pulse of 180 during an hour is perfect. Important to treat yourself good. However, just to go for a walk is very good for your brain.
I got very inspired by my stay in London. Weather was warm. I enjoyed delicious weather. There is censure in Sweden, but I write here to have some freedom of speech. I am currently getting some help with this website to connect Instagram. A part of my book is taking place in London so it felt good to get a connection. Inspiration.
