Sportlov

Sportlov has really been the topic this week. It has been rather calm in Stockholm since a lot of people leave for sports vacation. So, I have been lazy writing. The truth is that I don´t have much to write about since I am so focused on training. And the exercise is, more or less, the same. Weather conditions vary.

This week´s exercise has been cycling, running, walking and barre. I have also watched some sports on TV. A lot of skiing from Holmenkollen. Great fun to watch. Tomorrow is Vasaloppet and there has been a lot of preparation for that. I think that someone from Norway will be winner tomorrow. Norway are strong now.

Tonight will be early. Sleep is good to recover and I will go for a run tomorrow.
