I am addicted to writing. Should go to sleep, but I write a little something for you. I am still  in a mood for cooking. Since it is a great hobby I spend quite lot of time finding recepies and fresh ingredients.

I believe that sometimes it is good to make something completely different from expected, so to night I made gazpacho. A Spanish vegetable soup from Andalusien. This dish is best enjoyed during summer time but it was tasty to night also.

There has been a lot about Thanksgiving in the media. So this made me think of the U.S.. And since I am in the mood of cooking, I made some tacos tonight. No turkey, probably at christmas instead. Made my own guacamole. Fresh. Healthy. Tasty.

Dangerous.

CNN news kept me company, talking a lot about black Friday. I wonder why there is so much gun shooting? Lack of work? Feels a bit frightening.

Don´t remember when I had tacos last time. Delicious. Should have it more often. Maybe wraps next time.

Sleepy after work out and home made dinner. Will continue to write this weekend. Theme is love and life.

Hi again, after writing this morning I started to think about food. It is definitely a genuine interest. Thought I should make something Swedish. I have followers from different countries than Sweden, so of course I must introduce you to Swedish food. But as you know, I am very found of cross cooking.

This is easy to make, but it takes some time.
