Or “God fortsättning”. Couldn´t find the right expression in English. I have been very lazy for a few days. Just my favorite hobby. Long walks with my sweeties. I really don´t know why I like it. Fresh air. Clear your mind. Maybe catch a glimpse of a deer, fox or an elk. They are talking about beer where my parents live but I don´t believe the news. I have never heard of a bear so south of Sweden.

The weather has been cold, some snow and windy. Tippa and Lady like walks regardless of weather. At least Lady. Tippa is rather old so she prefers to stay at home. They are so sweet. So as you can see, not so much sun these days.

2016. A new year. I have been thinking of this year. One of my main focuses is to continue with sports. During these days I have had some extra goodies, so I have to be careful. Moreover, I feel a bit sad that education is nothing to be proud of in Sweden. But, I will use what I have learnt to continue to write. To protect internet freedom.

Sweden, to be honest, is a rather isolated country. There are so much happening around the world that I try to follow. A lot of people fighting for normal, basic life conditions. A lot of people trying to figure out what happiness is. I try to smile. I try to be happy within myself. To smile inside. And if my inside smiles, my outside smiles!

I help my parents with little things, so I made some cinnamon rolls for them. Tasty. A new year has begun.

I must admit, I have been very reluctant about using internet with regard to social media. However, this is the way the world works today. I have realized that I have to follow. To not be isolated. Maybe it depends on personality, but I prefer to meet people face to face. I am, maybe, a bit old fashioned.

But I must admit that I am amazed about all internet interactions. All new happenings and everything you can do with a computer. So, recently I learnt that Instagram is bigger than Facebook, so tonight I signed up for an account. And as you have seen I like photos a lot. The old expression “a picture tells more than a thousand words” might be true. So, Instagram now! But be patient, I need some time to learn 😉

Yesterday I had my birthday. I was very happy because the weather was so beautiful and I had a very nice walk. A lot of tourists in Stockholm. Italian, French, Russian, English…many languages. So, in a way, nice to travel just by having a walk.

Soon the end of the year and I am thinking of how future year will be. I am very interested in sports so that will definitely be one of my focuses this year. More live sports. I liked the hockey game I went to. Sports is better live.

I will continue to write. Writing, next to sport, is one of my main interests in life. So, all for tonight. I will try to learn more about Instagram!

That is what these “middle days” are called in Norway. Will just write a little something. Good to have a few days off for recovery. Lucky me. Weather is good so I have been off for walks every day. I have my track about 8-9 kilometers, I think.

Now is the time for reflection. Reflection before New Years Eve. How has your year been? Are you happy? Will you keep any promises for next year? Personally, I have worked a lot this year. I have been writing a lot and I am very happy about that even though it has been many hours of work. So, holiday is very good. You deserve holiday! Read in the news today about “tryckfrihet” in Sweden. From what I understand, it has been a dark year.

I met these beautiful horses today. Or, to be honest, I have met them a lot of times. They are so cool. I though of the song “När juldagsmorgon glimmar, jag vill till…” when I saw them. Sweet horses (islandshästar), with their “tölt”.
